Executive Director

• William G. Tholl is a respected senior executive, with extensive experience in health policy, planning and financing. In addition to serving as Executive Director, Canadian Health Leadership Network, Bill also has part-time appointments as “Executive in Residence” at Royal Roads University and as an occasional lecturer in health policy and economics at the University of Ottawa.  His entire professional career has been dedicated to improving the health of Canadians; to enhancing the performance of Canada’s health care programs; and to enhancing collaboration between governmental and “third sector” organizations.  View full bio
