CHLNet Mission

To increase leadership capacity across Canada by facilitating research into the discipline of leadership in health; brokering or assisting in developing “by health, for health” tools; and sponsoring “for leaders, by leaders” dialogues.

CHLNet’s Value Proposition

Working through and with its Network Partners:

1. to develop and maintain the LEADS in a Caring Environment leadership capabilities framework in support of cohesive and coherent leadership capacity development;
2. to provide web-based one-stop shopping for accessing “By Health, For Health” leadership tools;
3. to undertake applied research and support excellence in research into the discipline of leadership in health; and
4. to create and maintain a dialogue among a network of leaders across Canada.
